Empowering People Through Capacity Building

The SNF Resource and Training Division (SRTD) was established in August 2020 with the vision of “Empowering People Through Capacity Building.” As a specialized wing of Shishu Niloy Foundation (SNF), the division is dedicated to strengthening the knowledge, skills, and professionalism of both SNF staff and community stakeholders. Through quality training, practical learning, and knowledge-sharing initiatives, SRTD contributes to building a competent workforce capable of delivering sustainable development interventions.

Our Purpose

SRTD serves as the Foundation’s central platform for learning and organizational development. The division is committed to enhancing institutional capacity by providing structured training, promoting innovation, and encouraging continuous professional development. By integrating modern technology with participatory learning methods, SRTD ensures that every training program is practical, interactive, and responsive to emerging development needs.

Modern Training Facilities

Located at the SNF Central Office in a six-storied building, SRTD offers a comfortable and well-equipped learning environment for participants from across the country. The division features:

  • Accommodation: Dormitory facilities for up to 42 participants at a time.
  • Training Capacity: Approximately 150 seats across two modern conference and training halls.
  • Technology & Amenities: Multimedia projectors, professional sound systems, air-conditioned training halls and dormitories, and other up-to-date facilities that support effective learning and collaboration.
